100% to be paid upfront for School Holidays, Long Weekends.

All other bookings 50% of tariff either by a deposit into my bank account or Pay Pal
To be received within 5 days of request to confirm booking

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival and we are able to secure
another booking, then we reserve the option to retain the deposit.

FORTNIGHTS NOTICE
Deposit refunded less $15 admin fee will be charged unless you request me to carry forward your deposit for another booking

CHECK IN TIME 1 p.m. To 2 p.m. (unless otherwise arranged)

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10 a.m..
